Description

Avipattikara Choorna is an Ayurvedic medicine with antacid, carminative, antilithiatic,
antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The ingredients of the choorna are nagara,
maricha, pippali, haritaki, vibheetaki, amalaki, musta, bida lavana, vidanga, ela, patra,
lavanga, trivruth, and sugar. It is effective in treating hyperacidity, gastritis, burning ache due
to excess acid, loss of appetite and indigestion linked with gastritis, piles, urinary problems,
difficulty in micturition and kidney stones.
Recommended intake: 1 to 3 gms for children, 3 to 6 gms in adults and 3 gms in elderly
twice a day with normal water before meal. Maximum dosage should not increase 12 grams a
day.
