Dashamoolarishta (also spelt as Dashamoolarishtam/Dashamularishta) is an Ayurvedic health tonic. With anti-inflammatory, anti-arthritic, carminative, antioxidant, anti-stress, antidepressant, and antibacterial properties, it helps in improving immunity, gaining vitality, strengthening muscles, bones, and ligaments. It is also very beneficial for women disorders and is commonly used after delivery for prevention of postpartum problems. The self-generated alcohol and water present in the product also provides water and alcohol soluble along with herbal components to the body.

Recommended intake: 20 ml or 4 tea spoon with equal amount of water immediately after meal.
