The taila’s rich ingredients are murchita tila taila, milk, kwata of bala, kola, bilwa, shonaka, patala, raktachandana, tagara, shatavari, ashwagandha, vibitaki, ela, twak, patra, punarnava, saindhava, ghambhari, gokshura, devadaru, kulapta, vacha, kantakari, and shalaparni.
Recommended application/intake: External application as massage oil, while 5 to 10 drops internal intake for children, 10 to 20 drops for adults twice a day with warm milk or kashaya twice a day before meal. Maximum dosageshould not exceed 60 drops per day.
